Incident Report: #0272 - Westham Island Bridge PIWs

Vessel reported in collision at Westham Island Bridge with possible PIWs.  MIB issued.  CG & CGA tasked but stood down prior to arrival when FD confirmed the 2 people on board were already being tended to for minor injuries after collision with shore. No other persons involved.
